Take a look at some of these certificates & design your own wording of appreciation.
With a printer & some nice stock paper ( I used parchment looking paper & burned the edges to make it look antique - under parental supervision) you can come up with words to express how much you and family appreciate his service to your education.
Frame it. Add a personal card & it will be something he can hang in his home or office to remind him that he still makes a difference in the life of the youth entrusted to him.
Saying nice words are encouraging. Writing nice words for others to see is an added pat on the back.

I was gonna say a fishing pole! That would be too expensive. I think it would be best to get him a great, happy card! I don.t really think a gift would be appropriate!
