What are some ideas for a Valentine’s Day gift for my boyfriend?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for 7 years (since we were 15). He is a very laid back guy, dresses surfer/preppy (i.e. American Eagle/Gap) and he is very hard to buy gifts for, like most men. He is not the type of guy that I would buy bath/body products for or wine-related gifts. He has a lot of poker and golf items, so that is out of the question. In the past I have given him cologne, chocolates/pastries, and homemade gifts. I need new ideas that would suit his likes.

He’s a guy, right? He doesn’t want gifts. He wants you. You’re a grown woman and know, or should know after 7 years that there is something are some intimate things that you don’t do together (or don’t do much) that he would very much enjoy doing or having done to him. After 7 years, you have to admit that things might be slowing down just a little, teeny-tiny bit in that department, and don’t think he’s not thinking about that. Now is the time to let him know that the future is very bright and that he has nothing to worry about in terms of things getting stale or too “comfortable” down the road….

most guys like xbox, ps3 and so forth but if he is preppy I say give him some golf stuff or poker stuff.
