What are some good groomsmen gifts?

My fiancee is having a hard time picking out a gift for his groomsmen. He would like to give them something useful, not like monogrammed golf balls but can’t find anything that all of them don’t have or would want (this excludes power tools and digital photo frames) I reluctantly suggested gift cards. Nobody wants to give giftcards because they seem impersonal but everyone likes to get them. Then they could buy something they would actually use instead of tossing the monogrammed cooler in the back of the closet. Ideas anyone?
