There is this bully who has been bullying me ever sceince kindagarten what should i do?

I have talked to the guidence councler, talked to his mom and our moms made us a deal where we cant annoy eachother and leave eachother alone but the other day he told the whole school i got beet up by a 6 year old. It was so embaressing! All i did was get hit with a golf club and know i have to were a protection thing.
well your both right that rumor only started 4 days ago, but the problam is i have talked to the princable last year and the bully still didnt stop! But thank you both
