Just bought about 15 shirts and want to wash them all. How can i prevent the colors bleeding?

The rinse water will prevent bleeding.

Put out fifteen buckets and wash them in each bucket OR you can wash one at a time?

Add a healthy amount of salt. It helps keep colors from bleeding.

The laundry instructions most likely as you do not bleed they should be what is called colorfast.

Wash dark colours separately…Grey, Black, Blue
Wash light colours separately Yellow, Green, Pink etc
Wash Reds separately as they have a real tendency to bleed into all colours.

The first not the worst but the only way is hand washing them first time will also prevent future bleedingfading know sounds crazy hope this helped good luck.
