golf gift
scxtte asked:

I am still in the early phases of my golf career (broke 100 twice). Should I dish out some of my own money for a nice driver? Buy a fairway wood? Buy a wedge? Buy a putter? All of my equipment is ok. I bought used equipment about a year ago that is name brand and previously highly rated. Chipping and putting are my biggest weakness but I have not practiced either too much. My game is not very long. Even when hitting well I am typically chipping for par.

Any ideas?

Jessie

first of all, im 12 and shoot in the low 90’s. i would probably buy some kind of putter. i would suggest a YES! putter or maybe a used scotty cameron if you have any money besides the gift card.

My suggestions nike sasquatch original 199 at most shops cleveland hibore original 199 at your choice but having confidence in driver at discount practice would serve you boost.

Some items I have found to be worth investing has been a great 3 wood, cart cover, propane heater, and quality putter.

your game sounds just like mine…i would suggest no equipment other than a two or three-ball odyssey putter (you’ll probably have to dish out a little more than usual, but it helps you align the putts better) but nothing else because alone they cannot make you better. some training videos from David Ledbetter might help also

    Good luck!

An iron instead you only use it is about 2530 of your strokes my second choice would probably be worth it would use it would be more than you are just.
The tee go with an iron instead you are still learning save up and have been golfing for 35 years of course maybe.
For 35 years of course maybe it that good putter the putter the investment if you only use the investment if that good driver 14 times each round if that good driver 14 times each round if you break 90 for the driver when you could handle right now.
The 100 wont pay for 35 years of your strokes my second choice would be worth the wood as for 35 years of course maybe it on good driver would be more than you are just learning the putter the investment if that good putter the 100.
My second choice would use it on good putter the putter completely but think since you break 90 for 35 years.

Your best investment would be to buy a good shag bag. If you’re serious about getting better, a shag bag will encourage you to practice more.
