i paid $150.00 for a gift card for a golf place for my husband for christmas, and when we tried to redeem it, we were informed the company was going to be filing for bankruptcy via their website, and i cant get a hold of a person, how can i get my money back?

      you would have to file a lien against their assets. this would probably cost more than the 150.00 you already spent. if you happen to be fortunate enough to live in the same place they filed their backruptcy claim you can appear in court as one of their creditors.
