You know how you see guys in movies leaving trails of rose petals across the floor? Well, they sell these decks of cards with pictures of golf courses or even jokes on them. I have a deck with some pretty funny jokes. You can get a deck of them pretty cheap and leave a trail for him to follow to find each present. You could also do the same idea with golf balls.

A scavenger hunt on the course would be fun but I would worry about someone stealing all of those cool presents.
