If you don’t want to wear a golfing shirt then wear a henley of your choice, but I wouldn’t wear a hockey shirt. Folks may think you have come to play hockey instead of golf.

It all depends on the dress code of the club you are going to play at. Some are pretty strict but most don’t give a damn, especially in a company golf tournament. Wear it but have a regular golf shirt in your bag if someone gives you some grief. And please, please, don’t beat up Bob Barker.. (I know he’s dead but that was one of the all time funny scenes in any movie.)
