About Golf Gifts

The problem is that, being totally new, I do not own any golfing equipment. I’d like to know what I may use to substitute.

Niko, my sulpher crested cockatoo, is about two yrs old. I adopted him 8 months ago from a pet store that had rescued him from a hoarder. He is a chewer! He loves anything he can destroy from cardboard to plastic to wood. I can’t keep a perch in there for any length of time because he’ll just chew it up. I recently gave him a new toy which includes wooden balls and blocks it was gone in less than one day except one red wooden ball about the size of a golf ball that he has placed in his food bowl and sitting on it like an egg and he still eats! The vet gave him a complete check up when I first got him and he his healthy. I also had his dna checked and he is a male. His behavior doesn’t really have me worried it just a little quirky. I own other parrots including other cockatoos all vary in ages. I just wanted to know if anyone can shed a little light on the subject.

I dont really like golf, in fact I much prefer making small animal figures out of old christmas trees but as this is such a rare hobby nobody understands.

Dont know if this helps but I always work naked when I craft my animals, apart from when I make porcupines or owls.
